"Food" refers not only to nourishment or everyday consumption—it also touches upon: Body and memory, Culture and identity, Production, distribution, and power, Intimate experience and social structure.​ Across different cultures and personal experiences, food is simultaneously one of the most private experiences and one of the most public subjects. This section does not prescribe a single interpretative direction. Rather, through the practices of diverse artists, we hope to unfold the multiple dimensions that "food" can open up within the contemporary context.​ No restrictions on medium, form, or creative approach.
